Whereas:
1. The 2006 Hangzhou World Leisure EXPO has been successfully staged in Hangzhou. Hangzhou Municipal Government (HMG) and World Leisure Organization (WLO) have jointly created the brand “the World Leisure EXPO”.

2. WLO and HMG jointly own the legacies of the 2006 Hangzhou World Leisure EXPO, and intend to make joint efforts to protect, develop and utilize the legacies so as to further develop the world leisure cause.

3. WLO and HMG have entered into an agreement for the staging of the 2011 World Leisure EXPO and decided through consultation and this separate Agreement to jointly support the continual perpetuation of World Leisure EXPOs in Hangzhou commencing in 2016.

4. Future World Leisure EXPOs are to be permanently staged in Hangzhou, The People’s Republic of China every five (5) years beginning in 2006. Within 6 months of the conclusion of each EXPO, WLO and HMG will review the previous EXPO and consider the merits and content of the next EXPO. Independent experts will be invited to assist with this review.

Therefore, WLO and HMG, after consultation, hereby have reached the following agreements.

I. About the World Leisure EXPO
1. The World Leisure EXPO is a large international leisure expo jointly owned and promoted by WLO and HMG., whose purpose is to publicize advanced leisure concepts, services and products that promote best leisure professional practices. They provide the opportunity to share various leisure experiences, so as to promote the leisure cause to serve the enhancement of human condition and harmonious development of the human society.

2. The World Leisure EXPO is exclusive worldwide.
